I contacted Inn Control to help me with a business plan to secure funding for a leasehold pub in north London. I am new to the whole thing and found the service to be outstanding. Jon was incredibly patient and helpful and took a lot of time to explain what was required. He was knowledgeable and constructive, always got back to me promptly and was happy to tweak my plan as we went through it. I am happy to say my funding has been approved — no mean feat during a recession when banks are nervous to lend — and I put much of that success down to the excellent business plan provided by Inn Control. Just a quick thanks to all you guys at Inn Control. My wife and I were using your company for nearly 2 years whilst trading our public house – we cannot really explain in full what an absolute pleasure it was to have a company look after our financial affairs with such a personal one to one touch.
Most credit, I must say, goes to Sam Kirkton who went beyond her role of organising our pay roll – she spent time on a number of things: setting up a limited company was made painless and fast, organising our banking affairs, answering endless questions about our accounts, setting up a simple day to day house report file – these are just a small handful things Sam dealt with for us and for a really competitive company rate . A lot of the work was in her own personal time - I am sure she was on holiday once and still answered our calls in my view that’s about as dedicated as it gets. Even now we have stopped trading the after service is still just as good. Overall view of Inn-Control and its staff is 10 out of 10 for service, reliability and for its competitive rates.
