I have had the pleasure of dealing with Inn Control now for over two years and in that time I have found them to be extremely professional but also very easy to talk to (using non accountant language, if required). They've been reliable and prompt at all times; in particular with their business plans which are thorough and detailed and always delivered in a timely manner.

In my experience, Inn Control are definitely the Publicans preferred choice of Trade Accountant, but they also seem to be the Regional Managers (RM) preferred choice too. They're great at communicating to RMs, particularly when business plans are due, which is critical when letting pubs.

The whole team are an absolute pleasure to deal with and always courteous in every way. They're always willing to help and have a brilliant team of experts who really understand the pub business, with several having run their own pubs, hotels & restaurants.
